"Evrika 7 is a Bulgarian production facility working as a subcontractor for Suisse watch components manufacturers. We are specialized in surface finishing, laser engraving and precision assembly. We boast rigorous production management, high quality output and full logistics service."

Evrika7 was founded in Botevgrad in 2010 by Peter Gabev, a graduate in Applied Physics from EPFL (Lausanne), after years of managing production for Swiss and Belgian automotive-parts manufacturers. The company was built on a direct technology transfer from a Geneva polishing workshop and Swiss-trained finishers.

What started as mechanical and electro-chemical polishing for the world's top watch brands has grown into a broader precision-manufacturing and technology partner — spanning automotive sensor housings, industrial surface treatment, and, most recently, quantum communication systems and microelectromechanical (e-MEMS) devices.

e-MEMS Innovation Hub

Together with AMG Technology, Evrika7 is building the microelectromechanical factory for start-ups — industrialising and integrating early-stage FOFK e-MEMS: self-sensing cantilevers and actuators, and correlated AFM devices that work without optics. Swiss precision tradition, Bulgarian know-how, built to scale the future.

Featured: Bulgarian-Swiss Chamber of Commerce

Evrika7 was profiled as a Swiss-investment success story in the BSCC's 2013 annual booklet, "We cried Evrika!" — recognising the transfer of Swiss watchmaking know-how to Botevgrad.

"The experience so far shows that Swiss–Bulgarian cooperation is fruitful, easy and lasting." — Peter Gabev, Founder

MycoBlueprint — Blue-economy mushroom farming, engineered like a chip

An automated mycoculture system that bridges Evrika7's cleanroom and microelectronics know-how with the biology of mycelium — closing the loop from urban waste to gourmet mushrooms to compost, monitored and controlled end-to-end.

Who we are

From clean-production know-how
to circular mycoculture

MycoBlueprint, in one line

"Your farm, drawn before it's built." A full-stack integration of sensors, control systems and dedicated AI, developed for several mushroom species and built on circular-economy principles from day one.

MycoBlueprint grew out of Evrika7's e-MEMS and clean-manufacturing work with AMG Technology, applying the same discipline — cleanroom production, sensor-based process control, pilot-line validation before scale-up — to an entirely different kind of product: gourmet mushrooms grown from urban organic waste.

The core idea is intelligent circular economy: spent coffee grounds and wood residues, a waste stream in every city, become the growing substrate. A web-based monitoring platform built with Alfa Stack (Sofia) tracks temperature, humidity and the full growing cycle remotely, so the same know-how that industrialises e-MEMS detectors now industrialises a bioeconomy loop.

The blue economy, in practice

One pilot cycle, seven stages, closed loop

Each stage feeds the next; stage seven feeds proof back into stage one before the same loop runs again at the next scale — box, then container. This is the circular economy MycoBlueprint is built on.

Seven stages, one closed loop — each pilot cycle feeds its own proof back to the start before the design scales from box to container.

Scaling pathway

From Box to Container

The same validated recipe — sensors, climate control, dedicated AI — scales from a small pilot enclosure to a shipping-container-scale production unit, without re-inventing the process.

Production Container ~76 m³ · 40ft high-cube
Business model

Three revenue lines, one circular loop

Equipment sales

Box and container-scale production units, engineered and validated on Evrika7's own pilot line before they ship.

AI monitoring, as a service

Remote, AI-based production management — an ongoing service layer on top of every unit sold, built with Alfa Stack.

Compost sales

The spent substrate itself becomes a saleable product — closing the loop back to soil and local growers.
